The client is a globally leading automaker. For its automotive spare parts warehouse, DELIECN deployed Pallet Four-Way Shuttle Robots, Mini-FlyBox, tote AMRs, Pallet Latent AMRs, high-precision racking, WMS, and a 3D Visualization Central Control System. The project enables high-density storage, intelligent material handling, and goods-to-person picking for automotive spare parts.
Planned 2,512 storage locations to meet the high-density storage needs of large-volume finished goods.
Multiple Pallet Four-Way Shuttle Robots work collaboratively, achieving a combined inbound and outbound capacity of approximately 480 pallets/day.
Supports flexible storage for small-batch orders and centralized storage for large-volume orders.
