The centerpiece of this year’s booth is a genuine world debut: DELIECN’s Dual-Station Tote Four-Way Shuttle Robot.
Built on the four-way shuttle platform, it carries two totes in a single cycle — a design that shortens handling time for second-depth storage positions and nearly doubles what one robot delivers per run.
It supports eight operating modes covering storage, retrieval, and preparation work during idle periods, giving planners new ways to organize high-frequency tote handling directly inside the rack.
Visitors will see it running live at the booth.
Back on the show floor by popular demand is Mini-FlyBox, the goods-to-person system that has attracted wide attention since it helped a globally leading automaker Toyota operate an AS/RS area of more than 17,000 tote locations.
Designed for multi-SKU small-item storage and picking, Mini-FlyBox operates in aisles as narrow as 860 mm, turning limited floor space into dense, fast-moving inventory.
It connects seamlessly with Tote AMRs, conveyors, and picking workstations, so the route from storage to operator is configured around your building and workflow — not the other way around.
Completing the lineup is the Pallet Four-Way Shuttle Robot in its special-scenario configurations — the products that prove DELIECN’s engineering depth.
An ultra-thin body height of about 125 mm helps capture an extra storage level in height-constrained buildings. A low-temperature version, built with cold-resistant materials and special sealing, runs stably at −25 °C.
For dusty and demanding industrial plants, DELIECN engineers adapt rail contact, lifting mechanisms, and position feedback to the site itself.
These are not catalog options; they are field-proven answers to real conditions.
