Innovation Without Limits: DELIECN Brings New Warehouse Automation Products to CeMAT ASIA 2026

November 03,2026

Shanghai, November 3, 2026 — DELIECN, a trusted manufacturer of smart intralogistics software and equipment, is exhibiting at CeMAT ASIA 2026 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre.

The display at Hall W3, Booth E4 includes the Dual-Station Tote Four-Way Shuttle Robot, making its CeMAT ASIA debut, alongside Mini-FlyBox and a Pallet Four-Way Shuttle Robot for demanding operating conditions.

Exhibition Highlights

✓ Dual-Station Tote Four-Way Shuttle Robot — Two totes per cycle, with operating efficiency improvements of approximately 80%–90%.

✓ Mini-FlyBox — Compact tote AS/RS for warehouses under 12 m high, with aisles as narrow as 860 mm.

✓ Pallet Four-Way Shuttle Robot — Automated pallet handling adapted to low-temperature, dusty and demanding industrial environments.

“Our clients need to keep up with frequent orders, face high land costs for new warehouses, and work in challenging environments. Helping them solve these problems drives our research and innovation,” said the DELIECN General Manager.

“We develop new ways to handle goods, improve equipment design, and adapt our products to different conditions. That means looking beyond the equipment we already have and developing products around what clients actually need.”

Two Totes per Cycle, with More Ways to Store and Retrieve Them

In a warehouse holding many SKUs, the totes needed for an outbound task may sit next to each other or in separate locations at different storage depths. Their positions affect the movements required to retrieve them—and the time spent travelling between locations.

DELIECN Dual-Station Tote Four-Way Shuttle Robot carries two totes per cycle. Its six storage and retrieval modes and two tote rearrangement modes accommodate different combinations of positions and depths.

For example, two adjacent totes at the same depth can be retrieved simultaneously. During idle periods, the robot can also work with the control system to rearrange totes and group the same SKU within a storage lane.

Operating efficiency can improve by approximately 80%–90%, depending on the task mix and system configuration.

Where several robots work together, the ECBS algorithm developed by DELIECN coordinates tasks and routes to reduce congestion and waiting. Applications include food, pharmaceuticals, automotive spare parts, electronics, and cold chain storage.

For Warehouses Under 12 m High: Mini-FlyBox Integrates Rails into the Rack

Mini-FlyBox addresses a familiar constraint: the need for more tote locations within an existing building.

Its travel rails are built into the rack structure, allowing the robot to move horizontally and between storage levels within the rack.

Designed for warehouses under 12 m high, the system uses aisles as narrow as 860 mm. Storage capacity can reach 3–10 times that of conventional storage methods, depending on the building, tote dimensions, and layout.

At the first rack level, conveyors or tote AMRs can transfer retrieved totes to picking stations. Operators can then pick at a designated workstation, reducing trips through the storage area and time spent searching.

Mini-FlyBox handles up to 50 kg per tote and travels at up to 3.5 m/s.

Single- and dual-station options, together with single- and double-deep storage configurations, allow layouts to be planned around different inventory and handling requirements.

Relevant applications include food, e-commerce, retail, apparel, and spare parts storage.

Pallet Handling Adapted to Site Conditions

A freezer, a dusty production site, and a warehouse handling heavy pallets each require different equipment choices.

For operation at −25°C, DELIECN low-temperature Pallet Four-Way Shuttle Robot uses cold-resistant materials and specially protected components, with adaptations to its structure and controls.

Dusty sites may require additional protection and track-cleaning devices. Pallet dimensions, load weights, and transfer points also influence the configuration, particularly where standard and non-standard pallets share a system.

At the booth, the team will discuss how these requirements affect equipment selection and warehouse layout, using visitors’ site conditions and handling needs as the starting point.

Using Operating Records to Plan the Next Step

DELIECN WMS connects with ERP and MES systems, linking inventory and order tasks with warehouse operating data.

Managers can follow an order from release to dispatch and use the 3D Visualization Central Control System to investigate exceptions and review task histories.

Those records remain useful after a task is complete. Comparing completion times and equipment workloads at different order volumes helps teams assess peak handling capacity and identify recurring delays.

The findings can inform daily adjustments, production planning, and future expansion.

During the exhibition, DELIECN will discuss how this information can help coordinate storage, handling, production supply, and dispatch around actual business requirements.

Experience from more than 1,000 projects feeds into DELIECN product development and improvement. The company also provides planning, design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.
