Learn MoreOn September 11, Logis-Tech Tokyo 2026 successfully concluded at Tokyo Big Sight.
During the exhibition, DELIECN presented its Ultra-Thin Pallet Four-Way Shuttle Robot, Dual-Station Tote Four-Way Shuttle Robot, and Mini-FlyBox at Booth E7-ZG03. Through live demonstrations, visitors gained a closer look at how the equipment operates, where it can be applied, and how it can improve space utilization and operational efficiency.
Different warehouse conditions, call for different approaches.
For pallet storage, when clear height is limited, the height of the equipment itself can directly affect the number of storage locations. The Pallet Four-Way Shuttle Robot on display features a body height of just 125 mm, handles loads of up to 1,500 kg, reaches speeds of up to 120 m/min, and is compatible with more than 95% of common pallet specifications. For projects looking to make better use of available space, a thinner shuttle design provides greater flexibility in racking and storage location planning.
For tote storage and retrieval, the focus shifts more toward high-frequency operations.
The Dual-Station Tote Four-Way Shuttle Robot can handle two totes in one operation and supports 8 modes for inbound, outbound, and in-rack rearrangement, improving operational efficiency by approximately 80%–90%. Its adaptability to multi-SKU operations, different storage depths, and varied handling requirements was also a key topic of discussion at the show.
The Mini-FlyBox is designed for multi-SKU small-item storage and retrieval. It can operate in aisles as narrow as 860 mm and work with Tote AMRs, conveying systems, and goods-to-person workstations, improving picking efficiency by approximately 80%. For projects that need to balance storage density and picking efficiency within limited space, it offers a more flexible option.
Throughout the exhibition, the DELIECN team also held in-depth discussions with clients and partners from Japan and other markets on product selection, equipment combinations, and application requirements for different projects.
With Logis-Tech Tokyo 2026 now concluded, we would like to thank every client, partner, and industry professional who visited us at Booth E7-ZG03.
Next stop: Shanghai! DELIECN will be at CeMAT ASIA 2026 from November 3–6 (Hall W3, Booth E4).
Goodbye Tokyo, see you in Shanghai! We look forward to continuing the conversation.
